The Carolinas Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management is seeking nominations fo HR Professional of the Year for 2012 in three separate categories:

HR Professional for organizations of 200 or less employees
HR Professional for organizations of 201 to 750 employees
HR Professional for organization of over 750 employees

Anyone can nominate any HR Professional who works in Chester, York, Lancaster, or Mecklenburg Counties.  The only requirement is that the nominated individual must work within the Human Resources function within their organization. There is no cost to nominate someone and there are two easy ways to submit a nomination:

Paper Nominations
To nominate an HR Professional using the paper form, please follow these instructions:
1 - Access the paper form - Nominations are now closed.
2 - Print and complete all sections
3 - Two ways to submit:  US Mail or email your scanned, completed document
4 - Submit your  nomination by email (address below) no later than February 3, 2012 or send it by US Mail to the address below (must be postmarked no later than February 2, 2012 in order to be received before nomnations are close).
